This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies when you visit our website, request a quote, receive services from us, or opt in to our text messaging program.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Your name and the name of your business or organization
• Mobile and business phone numbers
• Email address
• Service address and building details
• The content of messages, quote requests and support inquiries you send us
• Your text messaging consent selections, together with the date and time each selection was recorded

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use our website, such as browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to schedule and deliver cleaning services, prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals, respond to your inquiries, send account and billing notifications, maintain records of the consent you have given, meet our legal and tax obligations, and improve how our website and services work.

Where you have separately and affirmatively consented, we also use your mobile number to send promotional and marketing messages. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in to our text messaging program, we use the mobile number you provide to send only the categories of messages you selected. Service messages and marketing messages are separate choices, recorded separately.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required to request a quote, sign a service agreement or receive cleaning services from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for assistance.

No sale or sharing of mobile information

This commitment applies to your mobile number, your consent record, and any data derived from them. It has no exceptions for affiliates, partners, resellers or data brokers.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate our business, including a customer relationship management platform, a text messaging provider and a website host. These vendors process information only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing, and mobile opt-in data is never provided to them for that purpose.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our staff or the public.

Cookies and tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly as a result.

We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to collect mobile opt-in information, and we do not share website analytics data with advertising networks in a way that identifies you personally.

You may withdraw your consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask to be removed from marketing messages while continuing to receive service messages, or the reverse.

Children

Our services and our text messaging program are intended for business customers and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page.
